We are seeking a Groundskeeper to help create a welcoming and positive first impression of our community by keeping outdoor spaces clean, safe, and well maintained. This role supports the daytoday appearance and upkeep of the grounds, walkways, gardens, entryways, and shared outdoor areas.
Key responsibilities include routine grounds care such as debris and leaf removal; trash and recycling support; maintaining the condition of outdoor furniture and common areas; pressure washing on a regular schedule; watering plants as assigned; inspecting and maintaining hoses and outdoor equipment; and assisting the Building Services team as needed.
This is a fulltime, hourly position, working 8:00am-4:00pm, with weekend and holiday availability required.
