Job Title: Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

Location: Mobile Home Community
Hours: 15–25 hours per week (flexible schedule)


Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep and overall appearance of our mobile home community. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, ideal for someone who is self-motivated and takes pride in maintaining clean and safe outdoor spaces.


Responsibilities:

  • General grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and leaf blowing
  • Removal of debris, trash, and bulk items (junk removal as needed)
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas and vacant lots
  • Assist with seasonal cleanup (spring/fall)
  • Perform minor maintenance and basic repairs as needed
  • Report any property issues or safety concerns

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in landscaping, maintenance, or similar work preferred
  • Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment (mower, blower, trimmer, etc.)
  • Able to lift and carry heavy items
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Schedule & Compensation:
