What You'll Do
Bring the party to life!
  • Support the Event Manager in planning and coordinating birthday parties and group events
  • Confirm event details with guests, offer add-ons, and make sure every detail is set up for success
  • Prep party spaces, tables, and supplies so everything is ready to go

Own the guest experience
  • Greet guests, host parties, and be the go-to person throughout the event
  • Check in with party hosts (especially parents) to make sure everything is going smoothly and step in quickly if anything needs adjusting
  • Keep the energy up, lead celebrations, and help create a fun, memorable experience

Lead the team on the floor
  • Guide and support the Party Patrol team during events
  • Help train new teammates and provide ongoing coaching
  • Coordinate across departments (kitchen, front desk, attractions) to keep events running smoothly

Keep things moving
  • Oversee party flow across bowling, arcade, laser tag, and other attractions
  • Enter and manage food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Assist with payments, tabs, and making sure everything is accurate and wrapped up cleanly

Reset and repeat
  • Help break down and reset party areas quickly for the next group
  • Stay organized with paperwork and daily responsibilities
  • Jump in wherever needed-this is a team-first environment

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in guest service, hospitality, or events
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
  • Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • A team player who leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in
