We're hiring a Director, GTM Program Management & Analytics to lead our commercial go-to-market function. This role leads a cross-functional team responsible for bringing initiatives and programs to market, from content to instore execution and customer engagement. You'll lead how our commercial programs are built, launched, and scaled across retail and digital channels. Working cross-functionally with Studio, Digital, Commercial, Marketing, Insights, and other stakeholders, you'll build the processes and operating cadence that ensure programs are executed consistently, measured effectively, and drive customer engagement and commercial growth.
What You'll Do: Team leadership & Cross Functional Execution- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team that consistently delivers measurable business outcomes and operational excellence.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Wizards of the Coast, influencing senior leaders and representing Commercial GTM leadership forums.
- Shape the end-to-end retailer experience to ensure our website, communications, promotions, toolkits, in-store activations, and enablement resources work together to support successful launches, drive retailer engagement, and maximize commercial impact.
- Set the strategic framework for launch planning and execution, from early planning through post-launch review, ensuring the right milestones, readiness criteria, and accountability are in place to guide teams toward consistent outcomes.
- Partner across Studios, Marketing, and internal stakeholders aligning dependencies, decision gates, and escalation paths.
- Build repeatable launch programs and in-store activations that produce consistent retail outcomes.
- Manage a centralized GTM enablement toolkit (playbooks, readiness checklists, FAQs) and run the launch cadence, including readiness reviews, executive updates, and retrospectives.
- Map and improve the end-to-end customer journey, from product awareness through in-store discovery, event participation, and repeat engagement.
- Use customer and retailer feedback to refine launch programs and reduce friction between digital discovery and in-store action.
- Own the commercial performance framework, defining and monitoring the metrics that measure business success across retail, digital channels, customer engagement, and operational execution.
- Translate performance data into execution changes and prioritization decisions across commercial and studio teams.
- Build reporting infrastructure and dashboards that give stakeholders visibility into program health, journey performance, and launch outcomes.
- Senior leadership experience owning go-to-market or launch program management, including direct people management across multiple functions.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and initiatives at scale.
- Experience applying customer success principles and journey mapping to improve engagement across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Strong analytical capability, including building performance frameworks and turning insights into decisions.
- Experience with trade and channel campaigns and retailer enablement.
- Clear communication with senior stakeholders and comfort executive readouts.
- Structured operating mindset for managing complex, multi-workstream programs.
- Familiarity with specialty or hobby retail networks and TCG ecosystem
- Experience supporting retail outcomes through consumer-facing digital surfaces.
- Experience running formal operating cadences (WBR/MBR/QBR) and launch governance.
- Background in BI, analytics tooling, SQL, Python, and leading data analytics teams.

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
