POSITION OVERVIEWMission:The iLearn Operations Specialist is an iLearn administration professional operating within VIA Training to perform specific iLearn administration activities. He/she performs iLearn administration activities to support functional areas and ensures level 2 learner support. He/she contributes to the process and service improvement.

All US based roles require individuals to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as part of your job responsibilities.Duties and Responsibilities:Support the localfunctions in operating their learning offer in iLearn.Ensure alignment with the global iLearn Services Operations team by participating in regular coordination meetings and training update sessions.In the framework of permissions on catalog and users granted for his/her perimeter, execute services in accordance with all work instructions such as (but not limited to) :Creation and re-versioning of specific learning objects such as Online Courses, On the Job Training, training curricula, creation of event/session for face-to-face training on SOPs (including Geode+ documents)Non Workday users profile creation and timely maintenance in accordance with iLearn User profile requirements.Learning assignments, registration, and completion management.Reporting managementEnsure full compliance of all activities with iLearn Operations global quality documents and standards (SOPs and Work Instructions) applicable to the role and respond diligently to iLearn Quality Control requests for data update and correction.Ensure level 2 support to learnersContribute to iLearn Learner support improvement (knowledge base enrichment)Provide support on tickets escalated from Learner Support, according to the global Learner Support process and using the designated global tool (ServiceNow). Contribute in iLearn administration evolution projects (process improvement, testing…).Competencies /Other Skills:Analytical and problem-solving skills; Rigorous and quality oriented; Recognized team player; Good communication; Adaptive and flexible to new ideas and change; Ability to remotely interact with global team point of contactsBasic Qualifications:Minimum High School diploma (or GED)or equivalent acquired through experience Good knowledge of department / site / business organization and training requirementsAbility to read and understand EnglishExperience of training administrationExperience or ability to work with Learning Management SystemsPreferred Qualifications:An Associate or Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Quality Systems Management As a healthcare company and a vaccine manufacturer, Sanofi has an important responsibility to protect individual and public health.
