Job Description:

Responsible for providing clean and sanitary dishes, glasses, utensils, etc., for patient/staff. Make sure cafe, cooking area and cook line are well stocked with needed items so the network within the department may continue to run smoothly. Cleans and sanitizes materials in compliance with Health Department standards to provide the most sanitary working conditions. Follows all ServSafe Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines. Complete other daily tasks or positions that may be asked to ensure smooth operation of department.
