Job Description

Renu Property Management LLC Buys, Renovates, and Manages homes for Corporate Investors across the US. We are looking for a Property Manager to help manage property needs across 20 markets. This position is for a Manager located in the Atlanta, GA area.

**This position requires the use of a personal vehicle, computer/laptop, and cell phone**

Skills needed:

· Self-starter with the ability to effectively work independently (from the road or remotely)

· Detail oriented

· Clear communicator

· High technical aptitude (all systems are web-based)

· Real estate or property management experienced is preferred

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

· Manage online rental listings and marketing materials

· Follow up on leads for vacancies daily

· Process rental applications daily

· Provide property owners weekly vacancy updates on performance, interest, and price adjustments

· Draft leases within 24 business hours of approval

· Confirm receipt of payments in advance of move in

· Ensure tenant is moved in with a smooth transition

· Answer tenant questions via emails/phone/text/voicemails within 24 business hours

· Monitor rent collection and pursue delinquent rent

· File and monitor evictions as needed

· Update Appfolio Delinquency Notes with key information

· Prepare lease renewals 90 days ahead of lease expiration

· Perform weekly follow-up for returned renewals

· Receive or issue tenant notice to vacate per the terms of the Lease Agreement

· Notify owners of upcoming move outs at the time of receiving or issuing notice

· Attend weekly Asset Management meetings

· Attend all meetings as scheduled by Regional Manager, Asset Manager, or RENU Corporate

· Utilize Google Workspace, Appfolio, Rently, Slack, and other online applications as needed
