Regional VP of Operations Restaurants (Casual Dining)

We are looking for an VP of Operations to build a team and run a concept with the ability to grow. If you are a motivated, detailed oriented, and thrives leading a team through a rapidly changing industry we would love to talk!

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for indidvidual with a Passion to Lead and can grow within a large organization.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum 5 years Multi Unit Management Experience
• Experienced with manager training & development.
• Experience with community relations
• High level communications; both written and verbal.
• Open to relocation to Houston, TX area

The VP of Operations plays an important strategic role in the success of our growing the Brand. The VP of Ops is charged with driving and implementing operations /business strategies in all the units within their specified region, designed to achieve objectives focused on driving sales, guest count, and profits for the business.

The position is responsible for managing all areas of operations including but not limited to, delivering outstanding service, food cost, labor cost, P&L responsibility, teaching and learning, sanitation, safety and cleanliness, while adhering to all company policies and procedures. The VP of Operations Manager will select, lead and build a team of regional managers that bring to life our company culture daily.
