Pizza Perfect Vanderbilt is currently hiring for a reliable full-time Restaurant General Manager to supervise one of our storefronts with team guidance and excellent customer service in the Nashville, TN area. This supervisor position works a flexible schedule with a variety of shifts available and earns a competitive base salary of $40,000 to $50,000/year, with a performance bonus of $5,000 to $10,000/year. We are food service industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun.

REQUIREMENTS OF A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

As a supervisor, your role is vital for ensuring that proper procedures are followed, products stay consistent, and customers are satisfied. Strong communication aids with excellent customer service that guarantees food service satisfaction. You ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times. If problems arise, you actively investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.

Your keen eye for detail effectively analyzes and evaluates the preparation of products, sanitary standards are met, products are received in their correct units, and deliveries are adequately performed. With integrity and dependability, you handle financial responsibilities, such as controlling cash, compiling and balancing cash receipts, preparing estimates for ingredients and supplies, and payroll.

Your valuable leadership achieves company objectives in sales, customer service, quality, the appearance of the facility, and sanitation through the training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment. Leading a team takes enormous responsibility with constant observations and evaluations that make you feel incredibly important to manage successful food service operations.

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a supervisor or manager
• 2 years experience in the food industry
