Job Site:
Raymond, OH
Description:
The Parts Representative position is responsible for support of parts sales and inventory, as well as other general office functions such as answering calls, running/analyzing reports, reconciling financials in support of the Honda Service Center
Essential Job Functions:
Parts
  • Coordinate parts tracking, inventory control/turn in, issue resolution
  • Order products for customers not in stock
  • Parts Sales
  • Ensure accuracy of daily cash flow processing (balancing and closing)
  • Monitor, react and respond to customer needs
  • Ensure, clarify and confirm communication with customers and staff

Office
  • Provide support and back-up to daily office functions
  • Customer Service
  • Financial Reconciliation
  • Fleet Analytics
  • Monthly reporting of vehicle inventories, sales, budgets, etc.
  • Reconciliation
  • Processing of company and associate vehicles from American Honda
  • Budget accuracy for lease orders/exceptions and imputed income/payments.
  • Customer service support for purchase programs and business travel needs

Skills/requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • MS Word and Excel skills
  • Excellent customer service skills; verbal and written communication
  • Lifting Requirements: 5 - 25 lbs.
  • Requires moderate level of physical activity

Lifting Requirements 5-40 lbs
Schedule:
  • 8-hour day shift
  • Monday to Friday
