Description:
The Parts Representative position is responsible for support of parts sales and inventory, as well as other general office functions such as answering calls, running/analyzing reports, reconciling financials in support of the Honda Service Center
Essential Job Functions:
Parts
- Coordinate parts tracking, inventory control/turn in, issue resolution
- Order products for customers not in stock
- Parts Sales
- Ensure accuracy of daily cash flow processing (balancing and closing)
- Monitor, react and respond to customer needs
- Ensure, clarify and confirm communication with customers and staff
Office
- Provide support and back-up to daily office functions
- Customer Service
- Financial Reconciliation
- Fleet Analytics
- Monthly reporting of vehicle inventories, sales, budgets, etc.
- Reconciliation
- Processing of company and associate vehicles from American Honda
- Budget accuracy for lease orders/exceptions and imputed income/payments.
- Customer service support for purchase programs and business travel needs
Skills/requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- MS Word and Excel skills
- Excellent customer service skills; verbal and written communication
- Lifting Requirements: 5 - 25 lbs.
- Requires moderate level of physical activity

Schedule:
- 8-hour day shift
- Monday to Friday
