Job Description

Ready to be a key management team member for a hot, new restaurant? This is your chance to help hire the team and set the culture. If you have a strong fine dining restaurant background, we want to talk with you. You will assist the General manager and be involved in all aspects of managing the "front of the house."

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent, required
2 or 4 year degree in a related field preferred (hospitality, business, or communications), however an equivalent combination of education and professional experience will also be considered
3+ years previous restaurant management experience required (preferably in fine dining concepts)

Wine knowledge is important.

Spanish bi-lingual is a huge benefit.

4 weeks of training in Washington state is required.
