Provides desired Digital experience and insights to influence the overall customer experience.
Provides Digital requirements to projects and ensures the direction from DC Digital Architects is applied to a project or group of projects. 
Works with the project UI Teams by providing input and direction to inform the Digital artifacts.
When a specific Digital artifact is not needed, the lead is responsible for requesting an exception, to be approved by the lead Digital Architect on DC10.
Collaborates, as needed, with Business Architects, Digital Architects, Application Architects, Technical Architects, Data Architects, and/or subject matter experts in the development of Digital artifacts.
Accountable for the coordination of the development of required artifacts for each project.
Contributes to and reviews Digital artifacts for quality and adherence to Digital standards, such as process simplification for responsive web design and mobile first.
Escalates feedback and issues relative to the application of the high-level design / standards and detailed design to the Business Manager.
Responsible for cross-project communication with other project leads. Provides Digital non-functional requirements to projects.
Partners with Customer Experiencing Monitoring (CEM) team to ensure accuracy of usability test plan content and to ensure plan execution.
Reviews results of testing (Usability Test, Acceptance Test, Unit Test, Performance and Regression Test, Systems Test) and defines business volume metrics.
Included in CAB, as requested, to ensure deliverables approved via Project Charter will be consumable by project team members.
Ensures other roles are properly engaged, such as the Marketing Analyst, Analytics Analyst, and the Customer Experience Monitoring representatives. Provides PM status to be included in consolidated DC status and appropriately informs the Digital PM and Digital Business Manager of communications/meeting. activities.
Escalates appropriate issues to PM, if one is assigned to effort. 
Works with a PM, or business sponsor if PM not assigned, when Digital Standard exceptions need to be escalated.

Primary Skill:
Digital Architect Serves as steward and subject matter expert for the Digital Experience Standards, ensures digital standards and style guides are applied to Digital artifacts, and serves as a consulting resource for Digital Business Managers and Digital Project Leads.
[PRIMARY] Consults on creation of Digital artifacts, including providing feedback to ensure Digital Architecture standards and style guides are applied. Informed on the progress of Digital artifacts. Reviews and provides feedback on the Usability Test Plan developed by the CEM Team.  ---
Attends Checkpoint Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, as requested, to help address questions regarding adherence to Digital Architecture standards being applied to deliverable(s) designed to achieve specific objectives.
Ensures appropriate people are included in meetings, such as the Digital Project Lead, UI team representatives, and keeps the Digital PM informed of progress and activities.  ---
Helps with issue resolution, as needed, in the early life support of an implemented solution.  ---
Works with Project Manager when Digital Standard exceptions need to be escalated.  ---
Suggests Digital artifact exceptions when an artifact type is not needed for a given project.
