They are responsible for packaging and labeling all items and including necessary components are included for each order, as well as cash handling.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Fast, friendly, efficient, and courteous customer service to every customer whether on-line, on the phone, or in person.</li><li>Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.</li><li>Review orders with the Guest (at pick-up or upon delivery) and / or with Delivery Driver ensuring order accuracy.</li><li>Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations resulting in satisfactory feedback. </li><li>Responsibly and accurately handles money and inventory controls.</li><li>Effectively open and securely closes the restaurant, establishes prep needed and assigns to staffs, and completion of all responsibilities for each shift.</li><li>Supervises training of new Team Members, coaching and mentoring Team Members on culinary techniques and skills.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience is not required - we will train you</li><li>Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or ability to obtain food handler’s card</li><li>Must be able to operate kitchen equipment, including the coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system and any other applicable system(s)</li><li>Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety procedures</li><li>Ability to multitask and organize multiple types of orders at the same time.</li><li>Ability to follow all company policies, procedures, and standards.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and etiquette </li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively</li></ul>Why work for us?Because it is more than a job.
