Assistant General Manager

Osteria Nino is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team and help ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Assistant General Manager responsibilities include running shifts, ensuring proper staffing levels, interacting with guests, seating patrons, running food, processing credit card and cash payments, ensuring the safety of all staff and patrons, among many other responsibilities that crop up throughout the day.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations, have a good knowledge of food and beverage, and have a good understanding of what makes for great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends, late nights and holidays, and have familiarity with POS systems.

Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive experience for our guests.
