Job description

Multi-specialty dental office located in Mid-town Manhattan is currently seeking a front desk receptionist to join our team.

Requirements for this position is as follows:

  • Must have 2+ years experience
  • Must be proficient in Dentrix and Dexis
  • Must stay until 7:30 p.m. or later if needed

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling appointments on multiple phone lines
  • Verifying insurance benefits (mostly PPO)
  • Basic office duties (copy, fax, e-mail, scan etc.…)
