Dental Call Center Rep (FLUENT Spanish-Speaking REQUIRED)
Full-Time | Rockville, MD | Long-Term Growth Role

We’re hiring someone sharp, reliable, and hungry to build a career in dental healthcare—not someone looking for a placeholder job.

This job is for you if:

  • You’ve got at least 5 years of solid work history (2–3+ years per job preferred).
  • You’re fluent in Spanish and EnglishThis is mandatory.
  • You want to grow in dental—you’ll learn dental terminology, common patient concerns, scheduling systems, practice management software, and different treatment types.
  • You’re dependable. You show up. You follow through. You take ownership.

What the job actually is:

  • Answering inbound calls from patients.
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on appointments, treatment, and reactivations.
  • Scheduling visits and managing calendars efficiently.
  • Learning to handle patient questions and concerns accurately.
  • Getting trained on dental-specific software and working in a fast-moving, high-output team.

Schedule:

  • Tues: 8:15am–6pm
  • Wed: 8:15am–6pm
  • Thurs: 10am–8pm
  • Fri: 8:15am–6pm
  • Sat: 8:15am–6pm
