  • Develop custom workflows, forms, saved searches, dashboards, and KPIs to support operational visibility and decision‑making.
  • Manage integrations between NetSuite and external systems (MES, WMS, CRM, EDI, QMS).
  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to internal teams and end users to ensure successful adoption and long‑term system sustainability.
  • Establish documentation standards, governance processes, and continuous improvement roadmaps for NetSuite enhancements.

  • 7–10+ years of hands‑on NetSuite implementation experience, ideally in a lead or senior consultant role.
  • Strong proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x, including custom script development and troubleshooting.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, including discrete or process manufacturing, inventory management, and production workflows.

  • Demonstrated experience working with Value‑Added Resellers (VARs), including coordinating partner resources and managing shared deliverables.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite’s data model, governance limits, and SuiteCloud development best practices.
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, or custom RESTlets.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer).
  • Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
  • Background in manufacturing (pharma, biotech, aerospace, medical devices).
  • Familiarity with MES, QMS, or WMS systems and their integration with NetSuite.
