Restaurant Assistant General Manager needed for our upscale, high-volume restaurant.
We offer a unique, upscale dining experience and look for a Restaurant Assistant General Manager who can pull it all together and create amazing guest experiences. We offer a large a la carte dining room as well as a separate event space.
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- Manage restaurant, including quality, customer service, inventory, cost controls, and staffing
- The AGM is responsible for the supervision and development of the Floor Managers and their teams
- At least 3 years experience as GM or AGM of a highly rated, upscale, high-volume restaurant
- Volume experience of at least $15M; a significant part of which must be banquet volume
- Steakhouse experience is a plus
- P&L management
- Exceptional ability to develop your team
- Good with technology for inventory, ordering, scheduling, menu development, and general communication
Restaurant Assistant General Manager Compensation:
- Base salary in the $75,000 to $85,000 range
- 10% bonus potential
- Excellent benefits
