- Build sales and exceed customer expectations
- Accountable for operational and quality standards for employees and guest
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Ensure new and current employees are trained on great customer service and safety practices
- Conduct interviews and ensure quality applicants are hired and retained
- Forecast and budget accordingly weekly and monthly inventory and expenses
- Schedule and coordinate meetings to ensure all team members understand all policies, procedures, marketing promotions, etc.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Effectively handle employee relations and customer concerns.
- Develop managers and staff
- Email and phone correspondence.
- Administrative duties
- Must have 2 years Full-Service Restaurant Management Experience * Please do not apply if you do not meet this qualification.
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Multi-task and time management.
- Strong attention to details
- Able to motivate staff in all operational areas.
- Great listening skills and ability to take directions from individuals in higher-level positions.
- Outgoing and great communication skills for working with a diverse staff, customers, and vendors.
- Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft software
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Alcohol certification/License and Food Handlers Certificate
