Responsibilities:

Build sales and exceed customer expectations
Accountable for operational and quality standards for employees and guest
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Ensure new and current employees are trained on great customer service and safety practices
Conduct interviews and ensure quality applicants are hired and retained
Forecast and budget accordingly weekly and monthly inventory and expenses
Schedule and coordinate meetings to ensure all team members understand all policies, procedures, marketing promotions, etc.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Effectively handle employee relations and customer concerns.
Develop managers and staff
Email and phone correspondence.
Administrative duties

Qualifications:

Must have 2 years Full-Service Restaurant Management Experience * Please do not apply if you do not meet this qualification.
Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Multi-task and time management.
Strong attention to details
Able to motivate staff in all operational areas.
Great listening skills and ability to take directions from individuals in higher-level positions.
Outgoing and great communication skills for working with a diverse staff, customers, and vendors.
Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft software
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Alcohol certification/License and Food Handlers Certificate
