Oyster House (oysterhousephilly.com) in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a full-time experienced Restaurant Manager.

Oyster House is Philly's destination for everything seafood serving oysters, lobster & other East Coast-style seafood at this stylish eatery.

Seafood is our family business. Run by third-generation restaurateur Sam Mink, Oyster House's story dates back to 1947.

The ideal candidate has a guest-first mentality and a passion for hospitality. You show initiative and leadership while at the same time being a great team player and leading by example.

Position:

• Restaurant Manager

Compensation:

• $60-70K salary
• Bonus pay
• Medical benefits

Schedule requirements:

• 45-55 hours/weekly

Language requirements:

• English

Expertise sought:

• 2+ years of previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume upscale casual restaurant
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Strong food & beverage knowledge
• Understands social media
• Staff training & motivation
• Scheduling
• Managing 15-20 people
