We look for Restaurant Managers with hospitality management experience seeking growth and are eager about engaging in day-to-day operations. Making high-quality barbecue over a hickory hardwood pit in a full-service restaurant is a challenge very few companies have attained. Restaurant Manager Responsibilities Include:
Calmly assessing the pressures of day-to-day operations and propose appropriate solutions to restaurant problems
Keep smoking the good stuff
Ensuring all financial (invoices, reporting), personnel, and administrative duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and effectively according to the company’s policies and procedures
Managing assigned workgroups
Enforcing health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures for food handling, cleanliness, and restaurant maintenance
Consistently complying with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances
Directing the hiring, supervision, development, and when necessary, termination of employees
We Are Looking for a Restaurant Manager Who:
Has at least two years experience as a Hospitalty Manager
Has fast-casual, high-volume experience
Can calmly asses the pressures of day-to-day operations and propose appropriate solutions to restaurant problems
Can ensure all financial (invoices, reporting), personnel, and administrative duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and effectively, according to the company’s policies and procedures
Can enforce health safety and sanitation standards and procedures for food handling, cleanliness, and restaurant maintenance
Is consistently compliant with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances
Can direct the hiring, supervision, development, and when necessary, termination of employees
Can lift up to 50 pounds (roughly 5 medium bowling balls or 17 laptops apparently)
Has a High School Diploma (Four Year Degree or Hospitality Degree preferred)
