Job description


We are seeking an accomplished Service Coordinator to help keep a team of Field Technicians on track while also communicating with customers in the Printing and Packaging industries. Previous experience connecting multiple departments, dispatching, document prep and reports, parts ordering, and connecting with customers to ensure a solid delivery of services is required. Primarily an office-based role.
Compensation:
  • $60,000 - $65,000/year salary
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision

Schedule:
  • Days, Monday to Friday. Primarily office based, minor WFH offered on case by case basis.

Requirements:
  • 2+ Years' experience in a service coordinator, dispatch, or scheduling position.
  • Customer facing experience, with a customer first attitude.
  • Professionalism and documentation.
  • Present documentation and work orders to technicians.
  • Generate and send invoices based on Service reports.
  • Previous experience with heavy equipment or capital equipment is a major asset.
