Position Overview: PMIC Staff Coordinator
As a Staff Coordinator, you'll be part of our Inpatient Team, delivering direct care services that are:

This position assists the Inpatient Leadership Team to ensure preliminary review and completion of all documentation of series in a timely manner including but not limited to daily logs, shift notes, change over, incident reports behavior management and bed checks. As a Staff Coordinator you will ensure all Youth Service Workers are providing supervision for youth effectively utilizing trauma sensitive interventions and restorative practices to achieve safety, stability, and healing.

Qualifications
  • Must be 20 years of age
  • High School Diploma
  • At least one year of prior experience working with children in a professional setting
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work

Required Special Qualifications:
  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Certification required or eligible to become CMA certified within three (3) months of hire
  • Certified in MANDT, UKERU, CPR, and First Aid or eligible to become certified within three (3) months of hire
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and meet the driving requirements of the Agency
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include scheduled nights, weekends, and holidays
