We are seeking a Restaurant Franchise Business Consultant to join our team! As a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC), you will be responsible for working directly with restaurant Franchise business partners and their restaurant operations teams to establish genuine partnerships with our restaurant partners to formulate quarterly business growth plans, quarterly audits, answer questions, troubleshoot, train, mentor and develop restaurant General Managers, and implement system rollouts to name some, all with a servant leadership mentality.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop processes for daily operations
- Devise strategies for improvement with restaurant costs and controls
- Create and manage relationships with restaurant franchisees
- Help establish product inventory controls
- Perform routine restaurant QSC audits
- Assist in new restaurant openings
- Other additional duties...
Qualifications:
- Previous experience ( 4 or more years) in multi-unit restaurant operations
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work well with and mentor teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relocation not necessary
