Control, the mastermind and governing force behind the SafeHouse, a new concept restaurant that opened in River North is seeking undercover service agents to join our creative team. This is a unique opportunity to work for a brand that has sustained 50 years of success and is recognized globally as an unprecedented spy-themed restaurant founded in Milwaukee, WI. Your mission if you choose to accept will be the role of Restaurant Manager, assisting in the effective management and direction of restaurant operations in reference to quality, service, and supervision of secret agents as well asmonitor quality and consistency of food production, cost control, and inventory.

1. Motivation of team to always be in "Character"
2. Drive sales and topline revenues by working closely with Marketing and engaging local clientele, business groups, travel and tour professionals and other key market influencers
3. Assist with recruitment, training and development of hourly and management staff
4. Follow and improve standard operating procedures to ensure that all guests are provided with a "Spytastic" experience
5. Responsible for performance management of all staff
6. Assist with weekly/monthly invoicing, inventories & forecasting

1. 1-2+ years of Restaurant Management experience
2. Fun/engaging and friendly personality with strong communication skills
3. Ability to delegate and lead a team of 50 or more individuals
4. Proven problem solver who can handle high stress situations
5. Strong communicator, associate motivator and sales person
