Restaurant Team Member – Maple Street Biscuit Company

Maple Street Biscuit Company's mission is to help people, serve others, and be a part of the community. We serve fresh-made comfort food with a modern twist from 7 am - 2 pm, Monday to Sunday. We are looking for part-time team members to join our family.

What are we looking for in a new team member?

A desire to learn. You could make biscuits, greet guests, make lattes, cook our house-made food, work the grill, or clean dishes on any given day.

Graciousness. We treat all people with gracious service and expect the same of you.
Dependability. Your team counts on you to show up on time for your scheduled shifts.
Sense of urgency. We want to get the food out to our guests in under 6 minutes, so we like to see some hustle.
Ability to work weekends- these are our busiest days where we meet more of our community, so it takes a bigger team to care for them well.

About Maple Street Biscuit Company:

Creators Scott Moore and Gus Evans opened the first Maple Street in the San Marco community of Jacksonville, Florida, on November 8th, 2012. The community welcomed them with open arms and fell in love with the idea of comfort food with a modern twist. Since 2012, the business has grown more than it ever expected. Now you can walk into any one of our many Maple Street locations and get the same comfort food with a modern twist while enjoying the unique feel of that specific community store.Our biscuits are in our name, so we take pride and joy in them. Scott and Gus took five months to perfect the recipe in their homes. Through trial and error, our biscuit became what it is today—made by hand every day—flaky, buttery, delicious, and all with our not-so-secret ingredient: maple syrup.Since that first day in 2012, we have continued to grow: Our locations, people, and menu.
