Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID and general Microsoft administration

  • 5+ years of experience with Windows Server environments

  • 10+ years of experience in troubleshooting networking (wired/wireless)

  • 5+ years of experience responding to help desk requests via ticketing system

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Deskpro ticketing system

  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy

  • Experience with Ruckus/Brocade network switches
