Required Skills
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID and general Microsoft administration
5+ years of experience with Windows Server environments
10+ years of experience in troubleshooting networking (wired/wireless)
5+ years of experience responding to help desk requests via ticketing system
Preferred Skills
Experience with Deskpro ticketing system
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
Experience with Ruckus/Brocade network switches
