Job description

Overview
The Player Services Shift Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Player Services Shift Manager in the successful operation of Player Services. Supervises all Player Services personnel in the performance of their duties to ensure all patrons have an enjoyable gaming experience. Assists and advises the Player Services personnel as necessary, to assure the successful performance of their assigned job duties and the Company overall.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supervising the Player Services personnel to ensure accurate control over casino funds. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
  • Development of staff, interviews, hires and evaluates.
  • Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels of employment. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities.
  • Ensuring that all state and federal guidelines for casino banking are being followed.
  • Review Player Services shift activities with Player Services Shift Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Two to five years' experience in cage operations and supervision with a 2-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • Valid gaming license.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
  • Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
  • Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
  • Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Display strong work ethic and team work.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data and marketing plans.

Starting from USD $40,000.00/Yr.
