In this role, you will:
- Oversee all Cage operations and personnel during your assigned shift
- Enforce policies, procedures, and compliance with State Gaming Regulations, Title 31, Responsible Gambling Plan, and Voluntary Exclusion Program
- Lead, train, and develop Cage Team Members-conduct interviews, recommend hires, and evaluate performance in line with HR policies
- Verify cashier banks, cash turn-ins, cash payouts, and daily revenue accountability
- Prepare bank deposits and process customer transactions, including check cashing and safekeeping withdrawals
- Handle promotional transactions and actively promote Players Club memberships
- Resolve customer disputes promptly and professionally
- Support the safety and security of guests and employees on the casino floor
- Maintain strong knowledge of Internal Control Systems, Kansas Administrative Regulations, and marketing promotions/events
- Step in to cover cage positions as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and operational success
