As a Cage Shift Manager, you embody these values by leading with accountability, fostering teamwork, and ensuring every Cage operation reflects our commitment to integrity and excellence. Your leadership helps keep our operations smooth and our Guests confident.
In this role, you will:
  • Oversee all Cage operations and personnel during your assigned shift
  • Enforce policies, procedures, and compliance with State Gaming Regulations, Title 31, Responsible Gambling Plan, and Voluntary Exclusion Program
  • Lead, train, and develop Cage Team Members-conduct interviews, recommend hires, and evaluate performance in line with HR policies
  • Verify cashier banks, cash turn-ins, cash payouts, and daily revenue accountability
  • Prepare bank deposits and process customer transactions, including check cashing and safekeeping withdrawals
  • Handle promotional transactions and actively promote Players Club memberships
  • Resolve customer disputes promptly and professionally
  • Support the safety and security of guests and employees on the casino floor
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Internal Control Systems, Kansas Administrative Regulations, and marketing promotions/events
  • Step in to cover cage positions as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and operational success

Preferred Experience:
  • Cashiering and banking experience
  • Prior management or supervisory experience
