JOB SUMMARY

RESTAURANT MANAGER

At Keno's Restaurant the manager will ensure that the restaurant operates within the company guidelines and procedures. The restaurant manager will be responsible for managing a team of crew members and interacting with guests in a professional manner. To be successful in this role you must have great customer service skills as well as a familiarity with front of house restaurant operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure Company policies and procedures
Oversee the flow of the business during hours of operation
Oversee the daily operations from ordering, purchasing, receiving and preparation of food
Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
Hiring, training and and developing new team members
Ensure guest satisfaction and prompt problem solving resolution
Provide leadership and direction to all team members
Ensure food quality
Participates in creating incentive programs

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

At least two years of management experience
Flexible schedule
Familiarity with Aloha POS
Familiarity with Hot Schedules
Good longevity in current and past positions
Ability to move through 24 inch aisles
Must be able to lift 50 pounds

CERTIFICATIONS:

Manager ServSafe certification

Compensation: $19 - 24 / hr
