Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Human Resources Intern to support the HR department and serve as the first point of contact for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuine interest in learning and growing in the field of Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors and employees with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate team members
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining files
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Running reports in BI and analyzing data to support business decisions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Support coordination of company events, trainings, and other HR-related activities
  • Perform data entry and basic reporting using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Take initiative to learn new systems, tools, and HR practices as needed

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Fluency in English & Spanish preferred
