At JM Test Systems, we are looking for someone who takespride in creating a welcoming first impression and supporting smooth dailyoffice operations. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the firstpoint of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors while supporting internalteams with communication, organization, and administrative tasks. Your rolewill directly impact the experience people have with our company by ensuringevery interaction reflects professionalism, responsiveness, and care. What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with aprofessional and friendly approach
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while providing accurate information
- Support customer inquiries and ensure a positive and responsive experience
- Manage mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Assist the Customer Service team during high-volume periods such as orderentry and follow-ups
- Communicate clearly and escalate customer needs when needed
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 to 2 years of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experiencepreferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
