Location: Chicago, IL (Remote till Covid)

Job Description:
Role Summary:
  • Collaboration with business and other vendor stakeholders
  • Vendor Management – prioritizations, escalations, support, triage, etc at a project level
  • Application lifecycle management – including requirements gathering, designing, coding checks, testing, implementation, and support
  • Product management – specifically for registration services suite (Registration Metadata Tool, Admin Tool/Module Config Tool, SAP CDC Console, Global Admin Tool)
  • Architecture design review/feedback and input
  • Privacy reviews and/or consultations with vendors and legal (specifically CCPA and GDPR)
  • Backend systems delivery lead – focus on integrations, security, SLA's, API build & re-use principles, FSD analysis, BRD analysis, and Architecture reviews 
Skills required:
  • Backend integration knowledge (API's, technical environments, process controls, security standards, vendor communication, management, and escalation)
  • Strong communication/collaboration skills – particularly verbal and written communication
  • Prioritization of issues, designs, and processes to ensure seamless development
  • Experience in agile design and development
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes across departments and quickly identify and understand requirements, and develop alternate solutions
  • Experience designing, developing, testing and/or sustaining consumer facing applications with special focus on consumer experience
