Job Title: Project Manager Job Type: Fulltime Job Location: Ashburn, VA
Responsibilities:
Project planning and implementation of service based on customer agreement
Implement project within given budget, timeline and quality
Customer satisfaction in service implementation
Manage and meet budget (P/L and/or cost per project) and time targets in accordance with scope for individual customer projects
Engagement and trust-building with relevant technical stakeholders from the customer and internally during project scoping and design
Support to and interaction with other jobs and functions
Identify and address day to day continuous improvement activities towards Regional Service Quality Manager and/or supervisor for further actions, related to tools, procedures and compliance fulfilment for Project Management
Requirements:
University degree in engineering, business, project management or related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the IT, Technology, and/or Security information systems industry
Strong commercial experience with good understanding of project management tools and techniques
Preferably PMI / PRINCE 2 / ITIL v3 foundation certification
Understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management
Market knowledge of Telecommunication, Payment industry and/or OEM (Mobile de-vices)
Management and leadership skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills, listening and teamwork skills, and effective presentation skills
Fluent written and spoken English
