Job Title: Project Manager
Job Type: Fulltime
Job Location: Ashburn, VA


Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and implementation of service based on customer agreement

  • Implement project within given budget, timeline and quality

  • Customer satisfaction in service implementation

  • Manage and meet budget (P/L and/or cost per project) and time targets in accordance with scope for individual customer projects

  • Engagement and trust-building with relevant technical stakeholders from the customer and internally during project scoping and design

  • Support to and interaction with other jobs and functions

  • Identify and address day to day continuous improvement activities towards Regional Service Quality Manager and/or supervisor for further actions, related to tools, procedures and compliance fulfilment for Project Management


Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering, business, project management or related field

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the IT, Technology, and/or Security information systems industry

  • Strong commercial experience with good understanding of project management tools and techniques

  • Preferably PMI / PRINCE 2 / ITIL v3 foundation certification

  • Understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management

  • Market knowledge of Telecommunication, Payment industry and/or OEM (Mobile de-vices)

  • Management and leadership skills

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, listening and teamwork skills, and effective presentation skills

  • Fluent written and spoken English
