Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and personable individual to join their team as a Law Firm Receptionist. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience that reflects the firm's commitment to excellence. Your role will be essential in maintaining smooth office operations and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome and greet visitors, clients, and colleagues, providing a professional first impression.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding the firm's services.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for attorneys and staff.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings and events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and manage procurement as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Skills:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a law firm, customer service, or administrative setting preferred.
  • A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and managing multiple lines simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
