Overview

We are seeking a senior HR Technology leader with deep experience in end-to-end SI delivery across major HR platforms, including Workday, UKG, SAP (SuccessFactors amp; Concur), Oracle HCM, Ceridian Dayforce, and ServiceNow.
This role drives enterprise-grade HR transformations, oversees multi-system integration roadmaps, and partners closely with clients, SI vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology ecosystems.


Core Responsibilities1. Systems Integration Leadership
  • Lead the design, delivery, and governance of multi-platform HR technology ecosystems, including Workday, UKG, SAP, Oracle, Dayforce, and ServiceNow.

  • Define integration architecture, data flow frameworks, and global deployment strategies.

  • Oversee SI partners, internal engineering teams, and regional delivery groups (Americas, EMEA, APAC).

2. HRIS Transformation amp; Program Delivery
  • Direct large-scale HR system implementations, upgrades, and modernization programs.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM, Reporting, Payroll, and Advanced Compensation.

  • Drive configuration blueprinting, technical design, integration remediation, and lifecycle governance.

3. Client-Side Advisory amp; Governance
  • Conduct HR Tech health checks and define remediation plans across Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle, and Salesforce environments.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor on service delivery models, security, employee experience, and platform scalability.

  • Guide clients through vendor selection, SI oversight, and system optimization.

4. Cross-Platform Analytics amp; Reporting
  • Build People Analytics frameworks connecting Workday, UKG, Oracle, and Tableau.

  • Enable executive dashboards for workforce planning, retention, compensation, and governance KPIs.

5. M amp;A, Harmonization amp; Transformation Strategy
  • Lead HR systems strategy for mergers, divestitures, consolidations, and post-acquisition harmonization.

  • Manage decommissioning of legacy platforms and end-to-end transition to modern HRIS ecosystems.

6. Stakeholder, Change amp; Delivery Management
  • Partner with C-level leaders, HR Ops, IT, and global business teams to ensure adoption and value realization.

  • Manage multi-continent teams (60+ consultants), budgets, and sprint-based execution cycles.

  • Drive user adoption, cultural alignment, and change management during global rollouts.


Required Experience amp; QualificationsExperience
  • 20+ years in HR technology, HRIS program delivery, and enterprise-scale SI projects.

  • Proven leadership in implementations for:

    • Workday (Core HCM, Payroll, Advanced Comp, Reporting, Engagement Mgmt)

    • UKG

    • SAP SuccessFactors amp; Concur

    • Oracle HCM amp; Financials

    • Ceridian Dayforce

    • ServiceNow HRSD

  • Delivered HR tech programs for Fortune 500 clients across US, EMEA, and APAC.
