Join our team at Liberty Staffing USA as a Receptionist! In this temp. to perm. role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our client's organization.
Job Summary:
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm and professional impression of our company. Your key responsibilities will include greeting guests, answering and directing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors to the office in a friendly and courteous manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
