Requirements/Responsibilities

Applicant must have:
* Minimum of 1 years restaurant management and table service experience
* Hospitality driven guest and employee experience focused
* Strong organizational style with a keen eye for detail
* Upscale food knowledge with the ability to teach and train menu item specifics
* CA and Italian wine plus full service cocktail knowledge recommended
* History of achievement with guest service, expense control, guest & employee feedback
* A flexible schedule with weekend availability

Restaurant Manager is offered as a full time restaurant job and offers excellent benefits.

Prior experience as Restaurant General Manager, Assistant General Manger, Floor Manager, Shift Supervisor, Kitchen Manager and other restaurant leadership roles highly important to the success at this role.
