Host/Hostess - Harvest Restaurant

Description

The Host/Hostess position is the first impression that guests get and has the opportunity to leave a lasting impression on everyone that enters the restaurant. The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting guests promptly and courteously and accommodating guests needs. The Host/Hostess remains friendly and engaging, all while calculating table turn ties, managing table turn times, managing reservations and the waiting list, communicating guests requests and preferences with servers and manager, answering the phone, and actively anticipating seating delays. The Host/Hostess will also help with bussing tables and ensuring cleanliness around the restaurant. 

Qualifications

Preferred 1 year of Host/Hostess experience . Great customer service, communication and interpersonal skills a must.

This is a full-time position. AM and PM positions available.
