Nara Hotels is a growing hotel development company with 4 hotels all located next to Disneyland. We are looking for a talented and extremely creative Social media/ Marketing Manager to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through all social media accounts, curating images, writing copy and creating content. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.
- Use social content to create a consistent brand message and voice.
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Create content and product marketing strategies driving e-commerce business to optimize brand sales.
- Create exciting content including flat lays, reels, etc.
- Develop weekly content calendar and write copy
- Negotiate and execute contracts for paid promotions with influencers, google ads, etc.
- Build relationships with Influencers, ensure timely execution of talent deliverables and track ROI
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, ROI, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills
