Requirements
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of full service restaurant management experience
- Team player mentality and the ability to work in a fast paced, high energy, high volume environment
- Outstanding customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional ability to communicate with guests and employees
- Must have a financial understanding of costs and profitability as they relate to the bottom line
- Performing inventories for various departments to ensure cost controls
- Evaluating employee performance on a consistent basis and holding them accountable to good results
- Banquet/Catering knowledge is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, organized, hands-on and ability to work independently
- Flexible availability to work day, evening and weekend hours as business needs dictate
- Proficiency with computer applications: Excel, Word, etc. (Opentable/Reserve knowledge a plus)
- B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
