We are looking for a self-motivated hospitality professional to lead our team. Duties for the General Manager will include coordinating business operations, improve admistration processes, show leadership by monitoring and motivating staff, manage operational costs and ensure excellent customer service.
The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities. The noteworthy general manager should support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.
