Franchise Restaurant Regional Manager

Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ is hiring Franchise Regional Manager!!

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned franchise restaurants including training of restaurant managers and supervisors, enhancing their capabilities and fostering growth, as well as cost control, service standards, operational procedures and policies, customer satisfaction, sanitation, environment control, cash handling, staff motivation, safety and security through franchise owners, managers, and supervisors.

Qualifications:

- Preferred minimum 3-4 years of restaurant management experiences
- A profound knowledge of restaurant operations preferably for both front of the house and back of the house operations.
- Experience in supervising and managing staff
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Willing to travel to assigned stores once a month (could be more often depending on business needs)
