Upscale Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of financial accounting and inventory processes
• Maintain high standards of guest service and quality control
• Create a team culture that encourages continual growth and development
• Manage staff performance
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts

Upscale Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years as a General Manager in high-volume fine-dining environment
• Insatiable curiosity and passion for knowledge and development both personally and professionally
• Established longevity & career progression
• Strong knowledge of systems, processes, and standards associated with upscale dining
