Job Description

We need a General Manager with strong leadership and coaching skills to lead an energetic team in a fast-paced upscale restaurant. If you have 3-5 years of experience in upscale concepts and a passion for building great teams, apply now for immediate consideration.

General Manager Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant
Experience with Sales of at least $5 Million a year
Business acumen and proven ability to drive COGS
Motivator and Team Leader
Have a keen eye for detail

General Manager Responsibilities:

Always ensure that high-quality standards are upheld consistently
Great vendor relationship
Train and lead the team by example
Assist the management team in effectively controlling expenses
