Restaurant Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, including teaching, training, and leading staff. This individual must be well-versed in all aspects of floor management and must be ready and willing to jump in and assist in any role at any time. The perfect candidate is someone who aspires to grow with this company, as they are looking for career-oriented managers to join their restaurant family.

Restaurant Floor Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee, maintain, and implement company policies
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with any and all floor positions when needed
• Making guests feel welcome and comfortable - treat every guest and employee with respect

Restaurant Floor Manager Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of full-service restaurant experience
• Upscale Casual or Casual restaurant experience
• Prior high-volume management experience
• Must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and leadership
