Company DescriptionRestaurant Assistant General Manager with kitchen experience for a casual restaurant.
The ideal candidate has kitchen experience with South Asian cuisine, a strong pickup and delivery background, and is eager to grow with a new, cutting-edge company!
Benefits:
- Base compensation of $65,000 is paid hourly and based on a 50-hour workweek (10 hours of it is at overtime rate)

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- Kitchen experience
- At least two years in an Assistant General Manager or high-level Manager role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Take ownership and run the restaurant as if it were yours with the ability to think on your feet
- Oversee daily operations and maintain a positive and energetic culture
- Financial accountability
- Catering experience—delivery and events rather than full service
- Good tenure at prior jobs and consistent career progression
- Have an affinity for the exotic flavor profiles of Asia
