Fine Dining Restaurant General Manager

Looking for an experienced and highly driven General Manager to join our team at a prestigious fine-dining restaurant in New York City!

As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, from managing budgets and staffing levels to ensuring that each and every guest has a five-star dining experience. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and other senior staff members to develop menus, create innovative dishes, and ensure that the restaurant operates smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in Fine Dining and Restaurant Management in a NYC venue

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Proven track record of success in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including budgeting, staffing, and inventory management

- Experience with menu development, food and beverage pairings, and sourcing ingredients

- Customer-focused attitude and ability to provide an outstanding level of hospitality and service at all times 

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

- Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and staffing

- Developing menus and creating innovative dishes with the Executive Chef

- Ensuring that the restaurant provides the highest level of hospitality, service, and quality to every guest

- Managing a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff members and ensuring their ongoing training and professional development

- Maintaining a strong customer focus and responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and effective manner
