Title of Position - Restaurant Assistant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Assistant Manager should fully grasp all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guideline, and training programs. Additionally, the Restaurant Assistant Manager will ensure that all guests feel the true meaning of hospitality and are given responsive, gracious, and considerate service always. The Restaurant Assistant Manager will perform administrative activities such as scheduling and budgeting, communicate with customers, sales reps, and suppliers and be in direct contact with the Restaurant General Manager daily.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2+ years current, salaried management experience in a high-volume ($3 million-plus), full-service restaurant
Stable job history
Upward career and salary progression
Proven success in leading teams and providing outstanding guest and team member experiences.
