Title of Position - Restaurant Manager

Job Description: As the Restaurant Manager you’ll be responsible for all daily operations of the restaurant. Ensuring 100% food quality and exceptional guest service will be expected as our Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be accountable for the training of hourly staff and ensuring compliance with state and company standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential to be successful as our Restaurant Manager. As the Restaurant Manager you must also be able to think on your feet and make quick decisions in addition to quickly resolving customer complaints. The Restaurant Manager will possess the ability to keep a positive attitude and professional demeanor during periods of tension and stress. The Restaurant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to increase knowledge and develop an understanding of budgeting, P&L, inventory management and scheduling.

Qualifications:

· Three plus years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is necessary for the Restaurant Manager

· A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must posses

· The Restaurant Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial for the organization

· The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

· The Restaurant Manager may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
